What are Some Habits of Highly Successful People?

Have you ever wondered how people become so successful? Sometime we may assume that in order to become successful you have to be highly intelligent, know certain people, or work all day, every day. Although some of those are true, doesn’t mean that you can’t get into some of these habits to become more successful in your own life. I wish I could say that there was a way for you to become successful overnight, however, these tips will hopefully help you in some way and if you find that you already do all of these tips than you are on the right track!

Benjamin Franklin: Planning is effective. Because he was one of the founding fathers of the United States, he must have some good ideas right? Benjamin Franklin apparently would wake up every morning ready to take on the day. There was no uncertainty with him, and you can bet he wasn’t lazy.

Steve Jobs: The important things first. Most of us spend our weekdays working hard and we sometimes forget that we have to maintain a balance. Even though the majority of us may think that you have to constantly be working in order to become successful, you have to make time for yourself, friends, and family.

Robert Iger: Waking up early. This may be a tough one for some people because most of us love our sleep. The Disney CEO claims that we wakes up at 4:30 am every morning. You probably don’t have to go that extreme but apparently our minds are working the best between two and a half to four hours after waking up.

Randi Zuckerberg: Embrace missing out. If you haven’t guessed already, Randi is the sister of the Facebook creator, Mark Zuckerberg, but more importantly, she is founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media. This may be difficult for people who are constantly seeking events and other activities to go to but in order to be successful, you have to miss out on some things in order to grow.

Jay Z: Keep working. As much as all of us want to spend our time on a yacht with Beyonce, you have to work hard to get there. You can’t just think about or want success without pushing yourself and achieving your goals. Every time you think about slacking off or doing the bare minimum, remember that in order to become successful you have to work at it, not just when you feel like it.
