Important information we need you to know

AIR (ANNUAL INTEREST RATE) Our AIRs range from 502% to 602% per annum or approximately 1.38% to 1.65% per day. IMPLICATIONS OF NON PAYMENT: To avoid additional costs please repay your loan according to agreed terms, however where a non-payment (or other default) occurs the following applies; Fees - A fee of $50 applies to each missed or failed payment. A fee of $10 applies for each reminder letter. A fee if $10 applies for each week you remain in default. Default Interest: Default interest applies to any overdue amount at 109.5% per annum. Collection Practices: We undertake to manage collection of our loans in accordance with legal requirements and industry standards and will promptly contact you should you miss a payment date. Credit Score Implications: A repaid loan in accordance with agreed terms should positively influence your credit score. However when a missed payment, failed payment or unpaid loan occurs this is likely to negatively impact your credit score. Renewal Policy: Renewals are available on loans (other than your first loan) where your past payment history is satisfactory to us and are subject to our discretion. Renewals are not automatic. Cleared funds are transferred into your bank accounts overnight.*

All required documents (including where applicable a signed loan agreement and direct debit form) must be received no later than 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in which case we will usually be able to make payment to you that night. Otherwise payment should occur the following working day.

- Fast Payment - as quick as 30 minutes ($20 fee applies).

Cleared funds are fast transferred into your bank account within 30 minutes following our final approval of your loan.*

 

*Applies only to following banks: ASB, ANZ, BNZ, HSBC, Kiwibank, National and Westpac.
Sorry at this stage we cannot fast pay to PSIS branches of the BNZ or Credit Union branches of Westpac.
All required documents (including where applicable a signed loan agreement and direct debit form) must be received no later than 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in which case we will usually have sufficient time to complete our checks, approve your loan and make fast payment to you that day. Otherwise payment will occur the following working day.

 

Once we have made fast payment to your bank they should promptly credit your bank account (often this happens instantly). However we cannot control how quickly your bank will act on our fast payment instruction. Should you not recieve your fast payment within 90 minutes after we advised you that your loan has been approved and payment has been made, please contact us.

By selecting this option, you have agreed for us to contact your employer about your employment and authorise us to verify your personal details with your employer.

Standard Application
By selecting this option, you agree to provide:

  • 3 months worth of bank statements showing all activity up to today
  • Drivers license or Passport
  • Proof of address (less than 3 months old)
  • Recent payslips if you have them
You will also need to sign and return our loan agreement and direct debit form.

Paperless Application
By selecting this option, you will generally not need to send any
paperwork to us (other than signing and returning our loan agreement and direct debit form).

However we reserve the right to request support documentation
should we determine (during the review of your application) that it is appropriate we review such documents.
