How soon will I receive the loan?

As soon as possible! Avoid unnecessary waiting by applying for a payday loan with us. You decide how fast you want the payday advance:
- Cleared funds into your bank account overnight (no fee applies)
- Cleared funds fast transferred to your bank account in 30 minutes following final approval (a small fee applies)

How do I apply if I am a new customer?

You've already taken the first step - now that you are on our website, the loan - even if you need a bad credit loan - may be just a few clicks away! Apply for a payday loan to get the process underway. We will email the loan agreement documents to you, and once you have completed the necessary steps, just return them to us. Do you need to contact my employer?

Your money is your business, and no one else's. The process is strictly confidential - we do not contact your employer during the approval process, unless authorized by you. We offer a lower rate for new customers who authorise employer contact.

Can I repay early?

You can pay back as soon as you are in a financial position to do so. Interest is charged on a per day basis, so it will be cheaper for you to pay it off quicker. Simply contact us to make payment arrangements.

What supporting documents are required with the application?

- Three months worth of bank statements up to today's date
- Proof of address
- Photo ID (passport or driver licence)

Can I change my repayment dates?

Provided you contact us at least 24 hours before your repayment is due, we should be able to adjust the payment dates to suit your needs (subject to the lending manager's approval).

How many payday loans can I have?

Being a responsible financial services provider, we give one loan at a time and only one per household.

Do you do credit checks?

It is totally up to you! It is not necessary for you to have a credit check, but if you do agree to have one when you are applying for your first loan, you will be eligible to receive a reduced interest rate.

Can I apply if I am self employed?

Yes, you can – unlike other lenders, we will not penalize you for being self-employed. However, you must still be able to show regular income deposited into your bank account. Please apply for a payday loan.

What happens if I default?

You need to read through your finance and disclosure statements for full details on defaults. Fees will apply for defaults (e.g. for missed or failed payments) and will be added to your existing loan balance.

Do I need security?

No, our cash loans are unsecured - your assets are not tied to your loan.

How do I get my documents?

Once you have qualified online your loan agreement will be emailed to you. Please open and print the .pdf attachments, complete and return by fax or email to receive your payday loan. If you do not have a .pdf reader installed on your computer you can download it for free from www.adobe.com

I have a complaint

If you are not satisfied with the service you have received from us, you should contact us in the first instance. We have an internal complaints process and undertake to investigate your concerns promptly and fairly. You may contact us to make a complaint by telephone, by email or in writing.

As a responsible lender, we are a member of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited ("FSCL") and approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. If you are not satisfied by our response, you may refer the matter to FSCL by emailing info@fscl.org.nz or calling FSCL on 0800 347257. Full details of how to access the FSCL scheme can be obtained on their website www.fscl.org.nz. There is no cost to you to use the services of FSCL.
